Gabriel Encinas fans a hitter during an August 9 Area Code Baseball game between the Milwaukee Brewers Blue and the Chicago White Sox. The 6-foot-4, 200 pound right-hander will be a senior next season at St. Paul High School in Santa Fe Springs, California. Encinas’ fastball sits in the low-to-mid 90s. The pitcher is a 2010 First-Year Player Draft prospect.
