Brandon Jennings 55 points (3/3) 4th quarter

Golden State Warriors @ Milwaukee Bucks 11.14.2009 On November 14, 2009, Jennings scored 29 points in the 3rd quarter against Golden State (15 straight points at one point in the quarter) and went on to score 55 total points to break the team record for most points by a rookie, previously set by Lew Alcindor in 1970. Jennings also became the third Milwaukee Buck to score more than 50 in a game (behind Michael Redd’s 57 in 2006). # Most Points Scored in a single Quarter against the Warriors (29) (2009) # Fourth Most Points Scored by a Rookie in an NBA Game (55) (2009) # Youngest Player Ever to Score 50+ Points in an NBA Game (2009)

  1. @robocop23173 you forget that each awards means a certain specific discription to them in order for that player to be qualified to recieve it, for example the MVP award is awarded to the player that had the most impact for his team last year and this year lebron has done that. rookie of the year award is the best performance done by a rookie throughout the year and tyreke 100% deserves that award, 90% + of the basketball world also agreed to that thus tyreke got the award, its not just stats

  2. @tothebeaty0 do you not know how to spell jordan????

  3. Jenning’s is Such A Beast!!!!

  4. @sharpshooter717 true

  5. @gobrecrew41 I agree man, who was the roy of the year in the kings double overtime, evans? no, jennings, yeah. I think Jennings cares more about assists and winning then individual scoring stats, look at John Stockton or Jason Kidd he takes influence from them. I think yesterday he showed in the double overtime games at the kings that he could dust Evans if he wanted to.

  6. whats with the girl screaming like crazy in the background.lol

  7. @gmikey91 kings suck…. jennings wont win rookie award but he has accomplished to be in playoffs… i dont think theyll get far in it tho

  8. @animebrawler
Who even cares about the award? Why do people make such a big deal out of it? I’d rather have Jennings get the playoff experience. Yeah, maybe they lost in the first round, but that was mostly just because Bogut was injured, and even without him, they still took the Hawks to 7 games.

  9. Brandon Jennings: Rookie of the Year!!!

  10. @1:35 they spelled Jordan’s name wrong *facepalm*

  11. Well the unfortunate fact of the matter is that Evans is going to get the rookie of the year for sures. Jennings, however, is straight up balling still and is in the playoffs just behind the power teams of the east. that is a huge accomplishment in itself something that, personally, I dont think Evans is capable of doing for the Kings

  12. @gmikey91 Nah your wrong cause jennings is still in the playoffs, evans isnt, so yea , if the bucks make it past the semifinals, jennings has the ROTY for good locked down

  13. they spelled michael “jordan” wrong at 1:24 haha

  14. nice catch lol

  15. @hesinsan3 doesnt matter kings are 0-0

  16. Michael Jordon

  17. jennings should get rookie of the year . even tho he doesnt have better stats then evans . he has changed his team more than any of the other rookies . if awards were given on jus players stats then dwyane wade shoulda been mvp last year but lebron james turned his team around so he won mvp .

  18. Damn, I remember playing w/ and against him like it was yesterday. Camps, Clinics, Practices, Tournaments. He was never on a losing team. Playing against him when he was on SCA, South Coast, etc. rolling over every team in Southern California, Along w/ DeMar DeRozan. I always knew they had great potential to take their game’s as far as they wanted too.

  19. @FroobRadio Curry is a beast, too many people slept on him thinking he was just another great college shooter, but the Warriors are playing for nothing, while the Bucks are in the playoff hunt.

  20. curry hasnt played bad acually defending Jennings i think

  21. Gotta love Danny G’s beard.

  22. WOW!!
lol @ the end of the game when his teammate left jennings hanging for the hi5
