    You don’t build muscles, you want to split muscles.
    But there are no scientific evidence of muscles being the hyper plasiad ones.
    Just jumping can do jumping.
    It’s just simple logic:

    1. If you want to increase your strength, then you should be strength training.
    2. If you want to increase your speed then you should be running.
    3. If you want to increase your vertical leap then you should be jumping.

  11. To dunk with little jumping power, depending only on height u have to be 2.00 m minimum, wich i don’t think he is.Respect for beeing able to dunk at your age .

  18. yes you can do them but jump soles are there because they expose more motion to the calve= greater muscles development.. so do some research next time you try to sound smart.

    It’s just simple.
    It’s explosiveness!
    Speed and strength.
    You can full floor low/ rock bottom squat 240 pounds – 450 pounds in 1- 3 reps of 1 – 3 sets.
    But I full rock bottom squat 345 pounds in 8 reps I’m 230 pounds 6′4″ 44 inch running vertical!
    Endurance is important to to maintain you max leaping in a game so jumping endurance is necessary.
    But if you want to increase your jump, just jumping and trying to jump higher is enough.

  21. I beg to differ that it is you who should do some research.

    Jumpsoles and plyometrics are not intended to build muscle, that is what strength training is for. They are used for increasing reactive ability, and the same effect can be achieved with less risk of injury if you do the same exercises without Jumpsoles.

    I’m sick of arguing this topic. Do just a tiny bit of research before you make ridiculous claims. The burden of proof is on you, not me. Don’t drink the Kool-Aid.
